8 oz
Milk cocolate
1 ½ cup
Peanut butter (smooth or chunky)

Paper cupcake liners

 

  • Using a double boiler melt the chocolate and ½ cup of the peanut butter.
  • Melt the remaining peanut butter in the microwave.
  • In each cupcake liner spoon in some of the melted chocolate, then some melted peanut butter and finally cover with more of the melted chocolate.  (Let each layer set for 20-30 minutes)

Makes 6-8 peanut butter cups depending on how thick you make them.
