2 lb | Ground beef | |
1/3 lb | Stilton cheese | |
1 tbsp | Roasted garlic | |
1/4 cup | Breadcrumbs | |
1/2 tsp | Salt | |
1 tsp | Cracked pepper |
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Form into a football shaped loaf on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
