1/2 lb Lean ground beef
1 jar Prepared pasta sauce, not tomato sauce (needs more spices)
1 can Crushed tomatoes (doesn't matter what size - big if you like tomatoes)
1/2 Green pepper, chopped
1/2 Red pepper, chopped
1 Medium onion, chopped
2 Stalks of celery, chopped
1 Clove of garlic, chopped
1 cup Water
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 1/2 cups pasta -- your choice, preferably a thin noodle
